Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and well-organized with plenty of natural light, although being directly over construction was a bit noisy at times. The service was kind, friendly, and extremely accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and the dining options, while relatively expensive, were tasty.
The hotel rooms actually looked like the pictures online, though a washcloth was left in the shower, but we appreciated the separate living room for our daughter. However, there was no heating in the room. The service was absolutely wonderful, making us want to return for their friendly and knowledgeable staff. The location was great for walking to bars, restaurants, and NYC attractions, though some areas were sectioned off for restaurant bookings. The dining experience could have been better with more comfort for breakfast seating. Overall, a stay I would repeat without hesitation.
The hotel's location was perfect for us due to its proximity to the Javits Centre, though the area around the hotel is not the nicest. The service was phenomenal, and the staff was lovely. The dining experience was enjoyable but overpriced compared to other options nearby. The rooms were reasonably quiet but too bright at night to sleep comfortably.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were bright and airy, offering a little bit of heaven with a comfortable bed, but unfortunately, the noise from the FedEx depot and nightclub facing the property was quite disruptive. The location was great, being close to Central Park, Times Square, and the lower West Side, but the noise from parties on the top floor was off-putting. The dining options were overpriced and underwhelming, and the breakfast started late. Despite some drawbacks, the cleanliness and calming atmosphere of the hotel were noteworthy.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The amazing city view from my room overlooking the river, the Intrepid, and various cruise ships that were in NYC during my visit was breathtaking. However, there were some noise disturbances that could disrupt those seeking peaceful rest.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While I received a complimentary upgrade at check-in, the room I got was on the lowest possible floor, and the view was not good as I had hoped for. The service was hit or miss with some staff being friendly and customer-oriented while others seemed a bit standoffish. The location was excellent, granting easy access to many attractions in Manhattan, but I was disappointed not to access the rooftop lounge due to a private event. The dining options were OK but overpriced compared to other restaurants nearby.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable, with a beautiful view, but the noise from the rooftop cantina nightclub across the street was bothersome. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff members. The location was convenient for my trade show at the Javits Centre but impacted by construction noise and a noisy nightclub nearby. The dining options were limited, but I found a good alternative nearby. Overall, a good hotel with some drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were the most comfortable I have come across in NYC, and the bar/restaurant was top-notch. It could have been a tad bit cleaner, but overall, it was finished to a high spec, lovely, comfortable, modern, and clean. The room was spacious, especially by New York standards.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were quiet, despite the presence of Westminster dogs and handlers. They were a bit small and hot, though, reaching about 90 degrees at times. The location was convenient, being close to Times Square and Hell's Kitchen, but the construction noise was a downside. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The dining was overpriced and not exceptional, though it included breakfast. Facilities were adequate.
